Box set containing facsimile of the 1970 BJH Symphony Orchestra tour program, two facsimile press releases from 1968 and 1969, four oversized postcards, a replica 1968 record shop poster of the 'Early Morning' single and an illustrated 68 page book. The four discs are directly placed in slots in a separate 2 page cardboard envelope. Content contained in a hard cardboard slip box that is open on the right side. There is a white hype sticker with black text at the front of the shrink wrap describing the box content. The multichannel tracks on the DVD are in 48 kHz DTS and Dolby Digital format, stereo tracks in 96 kHz / 24-bit LPCM format, the movie audio in 48 kHz Dolby Digital Stereo format. No track lengths are written on this release. All track lengths read out from CD and DVD player. Track CD3-2 and CD3-10 previously unreleased Track CD1-16 and CD3-1 previously unreleased on CD [Rear cover:] DVD Audio logo [incorrect as the DVD is in DVD video format] German FSK 0 icon.
