Copies of this variant ordered from the Blue Elan webstore also came with a bonus CD, [r17893939]. These bonus CDs were wrapped and packaged independently from this CD release, and distributed on a 1 per order basis, so orders with multiple copies only received one bonus CD. Per Blue Elan representatives via email, this was intentional. Identical copies of the Bonus CD were also provided with orders from the Blue Elan webstore containing other variants. This release is available from non-Blue Elan store sources without the bonus CD.
