20th anniversary Reissue. Packaged in a clamshell box containing 5 CDs in individual card sleeves and a 28-page booklet. Track 4-11 has an incorrect duration of 3:59 specified on the release. Tracks 1-1 to 1-12 originally released as [r1184021] Tracks 2-1 to 2-12 are an early version of Disc 1 which was leaked to the internet in the spring of 2003. The material was subsequently re-worked and released as Disc 1.
