In June 2022, Sony Music removed three tracks ("Keep Your Head Up", "Monster", and "Breaking News") from the album, following allegations that the vocals were not by Michael Jackson.
Unlike the USA pressing, the EU one is released with a black tray, under which there is still the blue background, and the back cover has the Sony Music logo instead of the FBI Anti-Piracy logo.
This version is the reissue released in Europe in September 2022.
