I contacted his widow Lynn and in turn his son David in an attempt to re-isue those albums and find out if there were out-takes, demos, something/anything more. In a loft somewhere in Philadelphia it turned out that there were 33 reel-to-reel tapes, a bunch of cassettes and CDs, a plethora of notes (...), sketches, lyic ideas and photographs. This single album is the beginning of a refocusing on this iconic and by all accounts warm and far too generous man (...)
