This was recorded 'live' at Temple Stadium, Philadelphia, PA on May 16, 1970. This release comes in a plain white paper sleeve inside a gatefold cover sleeve. Catalog number is no where to be found on labels, spine, front or back of cover sleeve. It is only found on hype sticker and, in part, of the runout matrix strings. There are no track time durations listed on labels or cover sleeve at all.
